Welcome, to all Texans (and lesser mortals), as long as you can think INDEPENDENTLY - that means you don't let any political party, talk show host, or media voice do your thinking for you!
As Texans, we've always seen things just a little bit different than people from the inferior states. We do set some store by our independence and our independent way of thinking. And yet, because we've all been suckered for generations by the two-party political system, we've brought our country to the point of economic collapse, of dangerous Big Government, and of a reduction of U.S. sovereignty as dishonest politicians have signed away much of our sovereignty through international treaties and agreements which are not in accord with the Constitution of the united States of America. We are a socialist nation today, and the Constitutional Republic we were told about in school may already be a relic of history. But we're not going to let it all pass without a fight, and we are going to attempt to see to it that our children and their children grow up in a country that is free once again, and that looks more like the Founding Fathers intended.
As Independents, we're sick and tired of being led around by politicians who take an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States, when they have never read it, they have no clue what it says, and they then spend their careers voting as if no such document exists. We're sick and tired of politicians who consider themselves "our leaders" when we prefer that they be "our servants." Government has come to think of itself as our master. That is not the way it was intended in the beginning, and that is not the way it is going to stay. Either we are going to recapture the entire governmental process, and bind it down with the chains of constitutional restraint, or there is going to be another revolution in this country.

As Voters, we are encouraging all Texans to join one or more
organizations, educate themselves to the issues, and to understand that
the first part of the solution is clearly to throw out of office
virtually every incumbent member of Congress at the national level, and
of our State Legislature as well! You'll find a number of links
below. We don't endorse all of what any of them recommend, but we
do recommend the general concept -- it's time to
re-elect nobody! It's time to clean House. And

We encourage Texans (and others) to take this PLEDGE:
- I will never vote straight party ticket;
- I will never vote for any candidate who will not take a pledge to vote according to the Constitution;
- I will never vote for incumbents who have violated their pledge to vote according to the Constitution;
- When in doubt, I will vote them out!
